What will be deleted

Depending on the verified request and the records connected to the supplied identity, deletion may cover the user account and access credentials, account profile, quotation or inquiry submissions, service requests and associated operational records that are not required for a lawful purpose.

What may be retained

Financial, tax, invoice, warranty, contract, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained only where applicable law or a legitimate legal requirement applies. We will explain the retained category and reason. A minimal non-identifying deletion-request reference and completion status may remain for up to 180 days for security and audit purposes.
