How deletion works

  1. Prepare requestProvide the registered email/mobile, account ID when available and the exact deletion scope.
  2. Send securelyUse the prepared email below from an address you control. Do not send a password, card data or national ID.
  3. Verify identityVerification uses the registered contact or an authorised organisation administrator. We do not disclose whether an account exists before verification.
  4. Complete & confirmVerified eligible requests are normally completed within 30 days, with confirmation through the verified channel.

  • Authentication account and active sessions
  • Optional profile image and non-required personal details
  • Push-notification and device tokens
  • Eligible optional job photos or uploaded personal files
  • Eligible preferences and non-required diagnostic identifiers

May be retained or anonymised

  • Attendance, payroll-support or employment records required by policy or law
  • Service, warranty, customer-acceptance and parts-usage history required for business integrity
  • Accounting, contract, fraud-prevention, security or legal-hold records
  • An anonymised actor reference where the job or audit history must remain coherent
