1. Scope and account access
This policy applies to COLORJET Engineer App, package bd.com.colorjet.erp, its authorised backend and related support. Organisation-managed engineer and service-team accounts; unrestricted public registration is not available.
2. Information processed
Location & attendance
Precise location, check-in/job-site location and background location only while an approved tracking workflow is active.
Required for enabled attendance/field tracking · Attendance validation, engineer safety, dispatch and authorised job progress
Service & job data
Ticket, machine, serial number, fault, schedule, job notes, parts used, timer, status, acknowledgement and service outcome.

Photos, files & signatures
Job photos, service documents and customer/engineer signatures collected for an assigned job.

4. Purposes
We process information to provide secure access, deliver enabled functions, assign and complete authorised work, provide customer and technical support, send requested operational notifications, maintain audit integrity, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud or misuse and meet accounting, contractual, employment, warranty, security or legal duties.
5. Sharing and service providers
COLORJET Bangladesh does not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising. Information is accessible only to authorised personnel and minimum providers needed for hosting, authentication, database, storage, backup, email, notifications, security and approved service delivery. Information may be disclosed where applicable law requires it.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, authenticated sessions or tokens, role-based access, server-side permission checks, restricted files, security logging and protected administrative controls. Users must protect credentials and report suspected unauthorised access.
7. Retention

8. User rights and deletion
An eligible user may request access, correction, account deletion or deletion of selected personal data. Identity is verified through the registered contact before action. A frozen or disabled account is not deletion. Required business records may be retained or anonymised.

9. Children, international processing and changes
The app is a business system for authorised adults and is not directed to children. Hosting, notification, email or security providers may process limited information outside Bangladesh with available safeguards. We update the effective date for material changes.
