How deletion works
- Prepare requestProvide the registered email/mobile, account ID when available and the exact deletion scope.
- Send securelyUse the prepared email below from an address you control. Do not send a password, card data or national ID.
- Verify identityVerification uses the registered contact or an authorised organisation administrator. We do not disclose whether an account exists before verification.
- Complete & confirmVerified eligible requests are normally completed within 30 days, with confirmation through the verified channel.

- Invoice, payment, accounting and tax records required for lawful record-keeping
- Contract, warranty and service history needed to protect customer and business rights
- Security, fraud-prevention or legal-hold records for the applicable period
- An anonymised audit reference where removing the transaction would corrupt business history

Lawful retention
Accounting, tax, invoice, payment, contract, warranty, service, employment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal-hold records may be retained, restricted or anonymised for the applicable period. A minimal non-identifying request reference and outcome may remain for up to 180 days.
