1. Scope and account access
This policy applies to COLORJET ERP App, package com.colorjetbd.managementsuite, its authorised backend and related support. Organisation-managed accounts for authorised COLORJET personnel and approved business users; unrestricted public registration is not available.
2. Information processed
Business records
Customer, supplier, product, stock, quotation, sales, invoice, payment, warranty and service records visible to the authorised role.
Required for enabled modules · Operate the organisation’s ERP and maintain business history
Files & documents
Files or images an authorised user intentionally uploads to a supported record.
Optional · Document authorised transactions and service work
App activity & diagnostics
Sign-in time, failed attempts, role actions, app version, device/browser type, error and security events.

Push token and delivery state when notifications are enabled.

3. Device permissions

4. Purposes
We process information to provide secure access, deliver enabled functions, assign and complete authorised work, provide customer and technical support, send requested operational notifications, maintain audit integrity, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud or misuse and meet accounting, contractual, employment, warranty, security or legal duties.
5. Sharing and service providers
COLORJET Bangladesh does not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising. Information is accessible only to authorised personnel and minimum providers needed for hosting, authentication, database, storage, backup, email, notifications, security and approved service delivery. Information may be disclosed where applicable law requires it.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, authenticated sessions or tokens, role-based access, server-side permission checks, restricted files, security logging and protected administrative controls. Users must protect credentials and report suspected unauthorised access.
7. Retention

8. User rights and deletion
An eligible user may request access, correction, account deletion or deletion of selected personal data. Identity is verified through the registered contact before action. A frozen or disabled account is not deletion. Required business records may be retained or anonymised.

9. Children, international processing and changes
The app is a business system for authorised adults and is not directed to children. Hosting, notification, email or security providers may process limited information outside Bangladesh with available safeguards. We update the effective date for material changes.
